The supervisory authority that you lodge the complaint with shall inform the plaintiff of the status and outcome of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Article 78 of DS-GVO.

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu), in accordance with the following articles:

Your processed personal data, provided they are based on the lawfulness of the processing pursuant to Art. 6 Art. 1 lit. b or c DS-GVO, are necessary to ensure the conclusion/execution of the contract with SHARP SDE. As a result, there is no possibility for the customer to object.p>

8. Obligatory information for applicants of SHARP Devices Europe GmbH

8.1. Description and scope of data processing
The transmission of all data which you make available to us via the career portal is encrypted via a secure https:// connection.
With our contact form of our application page, we only gather the necessary contact information to get in touch with you. The data marked with * is needed in any case in order to be able to contact you (title, first name, surname, e-mail address).
You can send further personal data with additional contact information as well as a free text using the form provided. You also have the option of sending us documents such as certificates or letters in PDF format via an upload mechanism.

We will not process any information that you send to us that cannot be used in accordance with the General Equal Treatment Act as part of the application process. We select our applicants regardless of faith or ideology, ethnic or racial origin, gender, disability, health, age or sexual identity. Therefore, please do not submit any information about you which is not usable according to the General Equal Treatment Act under German law or any other national equal treatment act.

If your application is successful, the information you provide may be used for administrative purposes in connection with employment.
Your application will only be processed by our designated contact persons. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Third parties are not informed of your data. It will not be passed on to third parties – including other SHARP Corporation group companies.

We process your personal data specifically for:

Retention of your application documents for a period of 6 months or with your consent
Assertion of legal claims and defense in legal disputes
Ensuring IT security (e.g. automated filtering of e-mail communication)
Access control by means of visitor documentation at the reception as well as video surveillance outside the building by the landlord as measures for building and system security.
In the event of a transition to an employment relationship, all data necessary for the initiation and execution of the employment relationship will be stored.
As part of the application process, we only process the personal data that is necessary for the decision on the establishment of the employment relationship and for the fulfilment of any associated obligations (e.g. travel expense accounting), or if you have voluntarily provided us with this data. The processing of personal data can be objected to by the applicant at any time. 8.4. Storage
All your personal data processed within the scope of the application process will be deleted after a period of 6 months after the end of the application process in the event of unsuccessful process. In the event of your consent being obtained, the corresponding personal data will be processed or stored for the purpose and period specified in the consent.
